1962      Incorporation of the firm Van Havermaet
1983      Creation of a legal and tax division
1986      Establishment of Van Havermaet Company auditors
1996      Opening of our new office in Geel. 
               This office moved eight years later to the port of De Kempen: Herentals
2000      Establishment of Van Havermaet Consultants
2005      Establishment of Van Havermaet Wealth architects
2007      Establishment of Motmans - Van Havermaet HR-advisers

1942      Establishment of accounting firm Accountantsmaatschap Groenweghe
1985      Takeover of the firm Ivo Aerts in Genk and establishment of our
               new office in Genk
2001      Takeover of accounting firm Frans Schoofs with branches
               in Hasselt and Sint-Truiden  
2001      Hasselt branch later transferred and integrated into
                the branch of accounting firm Accountantsmaatschap Groenweghe  
               on Gouverneur Roppesingel
2001      Sint-Truiden branch closes
